What's the difference between a videographer and a filmmaker?

A videographer goes to an event and just films it.  A filmmaker wants to tell a story and films & edits in a way to do so. I want to preserve the feelings and memories of your big day so that decades from now when you watch your wedding film, you will feel the same way. I am a filmmaker.
